Rounds is an iPhone app published by Tomas Agustin Padilla ("we", "us"). By downloading or using Rounds you agree to these terms and to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the "Apple EULA"), which applies to every app on the App Store. Where these terms and the Apple EULA differ, the Apple EULA governs.
Rounds is an interval timer for training. It is not a medical, coaching, or safety device. Train within your ability and stop if you feel unwell — how you use the app is your responsibility.
Rounds is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the app, including loss of the workout history stored on your device.
Rounds Pro is a single one-time in-app purchase that unlocks the features listed on its purchase screen (activity history and totals, the calendar, Apple Health export, and the workout share card). It is not a subscription — you pay once and keep it.
The purchase, its price, and any refund are handled by Apple under the Apple EULA and the App Store Terms. Request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com. If you reinstall Rounds or move to a new device, use "Restore Purchase" on the Rounds Pro screen or in Settings.
Rounds stores your setup, preferences, and workout history only on your device. It is not backed up or synced by us — see the Privacy Policy. Keeping a device backup is up to you; deleting the app deletes this data.
We may update these terms as the app changes. The current version is always at this URL.
These terms are governed by the law of France.
