Rounds is a boxing-style interval round timer for iPhone.
The bell doesn't ring when my screen is locked.
Make sure the phone isn't muting media audio, and that a battery-saver or Focus mode isn't suspending the app. Rounds plays a silent track to keep the timer running with the screen off; some aggressive power settings can still stop it.
How do I get continuous rounds with no end?
Tap Non-Stop under the rounds counter on the Workout screen.
Can I use it for something other than boxing?
Yes — any round-based training: kickboxing, Muay Thai, MMA, HIIT, circuits.
A phone call interrupted my workout.
Rounds pauses automatically when a call or other audio interrupts it, and stays paused. Tap Resume when you're ready.
What is Rounds Pro?
A single one-time purchase — not a subscription — that unlocks activity history and totals, the calendar, Apple Health export, and the workout share card. The whole 1.0 timer stays free.
I bought Rounds Pro but a feature is still locked.
Open the paywall (tap the locked feature, or Settings › Rounds Pro) and tap Restore Purchase. This re-checks your Apple Account and unlocks everything you own. It never charges you again.
I got a new phone / reinstalled the app.
Rounds Pro is tied to your Apple Account, not the install. It should restore on first launch; if not, tap Restore Purchase on the Rounds Pro screen.
How do I get a refund?
Purchases are handled by Apple. Request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Is my workout history backed up or synced?
No. History is stored only on your device and is not synced between devices or backed up by us. Deleting the app deletes it. See the Privacy Policy.
Does Rounds collect any data?
No. Nothing is collected, tracked, or sent anywhere.
